When we approached him with our concerns he immediately addressed them and it was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Matt is customer focused and extremely professional. I always have a good experience at Crown Acura Richmond. My service person was very helpful from start to finish. My time with Acura was pretty lengthy this time around, but Alton acknowledged it and tried his best to make sure I left satisfied with his service, and I did!

Very courteous and they offered a free car wash after the oil change and tire rotation. Highly recommended for professionalism. The building is clean as well as they offer snacks in sitting area

My experience was excellent.

My experience was excellent. Caring personal attention from General Manager Matt Perry set the stage for my smooth professional Crown Acura purchase experience. The purchase of my beautiful RDX was necessary due to the fact that my previous car had been totaled in a terrible accident. I returned to Acura for my purchase based on the excellent crash protection my car provided me in the accident. David Burks provided great very helpful attention in finding the best choice for me. Davids vehicle knowledge is amazing. In my tough stressful post accident situation David made me feel secure in my choice. My transition to Business Office Manager Kriss Williams was smooth and timely. Kriss understood my difficult situation and provided clear very helpful options for my purchase payment. Kriss was patient and professional I will close by saying my difficult accident situation was smoothed out , my stress was relieved and this Crown Acura team provided everything I needed for a happy confident purchase of my great RDX.
