We went in after finding our 3 year old Colorado kept having issues! Our military son said “get a Toyota, it’s a better built vehicle so we did! Talked to Aaron and he had every answer for every question, he was patient and seriously knew his product…..taught us everything we needed to know about the Tacoma- thank you Aaron, we enjoyed spending the day with you and we couldn’t be happier with our Tacoma!!

This was my first time getting my car serviced and they hav great service and communication!

Ethan in sales did all the hard work for me on Saturday and explained the differences and pros and cons of all the cars i looked at. Helped me narrow it down. He needed come back Monday to buy and unfortunately got assigned to another sales team member who was high pressure.. however I knew what I wanted and needed and used what I learned from Ethan to help narrow it down. Ethan even texted me while I was there and helped answer a few questions and helped.. I then asked for Luis for finance but was given another manager who also was high presser. Luis was the one I wanted to work with (referal from a friend). There too they wanted many add ons even after I said no. But I added one thing after I knew I can remove it when I got home. Even though the review seems negative, I had an excellent experience because Ethan helped and I also negotiated the msrp down vastly so my new camery was the price of a low mileage new one?. I got an excellent deal with my negotiations and with Ethan F?s help.

Always a great experience. I would say only downside is if you use the shuttle I have had to wait up to an hour for pick up to get back to the dealership.

After having a not very pleasant experience a few weeks ago, I received a call from the service department; they apologized on behalf of the dealer and they rescheduled my vehicle for service this past Saturday, March 21. The service advisor that checked us in was Super nice and Super friendly. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he sits in the far right corner. They were also on time with my vehicle. I was kept updated on the progress and didn't have to wait too long to be checked out. Now THAT was the level of care and customer service we are used to receiving at Autonation Toyota. Thank you!
