My sales person, Aaron was very helpful and professional, and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a new car. The financial service manager was excellent, and instrumental with making it possible for me to get a vehicle. His professionalism and knowledge was very much appreciated.

I was helped by Rahsaan Huger who gave me all the info I needed! They didn't have what I was looking for when I got there but after talking with the rep I'm certain that I'll be buying my next car from here in the very near future!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dwayne Jones at AutoNation Toyota. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me explore all my options without any pressure. His communication was excellent, and he made sure everything was clear before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone in car sales who is this transparent and customer-focused. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

I just purchased my third Prius from AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia, and two of those purchases were with Andres Llano. Andres was very helpful with the purchase of my first Prius Prime. But he definitely went above and beyond when I wanted to replace my Prius Prime with a newer model. Andres got it done! Much thanks to a great team at AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia!

No one greeted me. A lot of confusion amongst consumers. You pull in to the bay. Get out of your car and customers are standing around and no one is saying hello or step this way and how can we help you. I asked an employee who looked like a technician or mechanic which doors do we go in for oil change? He said it didn't matter. So I entered the door to my right, and stood at a desk that no one was working at and just waited to be a knowledge. Finally, a lady walked up to the desk started doing paperwork and asked me, have I been helped? I said no. She then turned around and asked another co-worker who was busy himself could you please help him I'm really busy. The gentleman said yes, He said sir I'll be with you momentarily. I said, ok, thank you, sir. I really wanted her to help me because I had been standing there quite a while. In hindsight, I'm glad she didn't help me because the gentleman who helped me was named Woo Park. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He made numerous recommendations and offered numerous service packages. I told him today I just wanted to do an oil change only. And I would come back for the other services very soon. Including getting brakes installed.
