My husband and I went into Radley Chevrolet over the weekend to look at buying a new car for our growing family, and were blown away by the customer service experience. TJ made our search extremely easy, and was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Hightower also was a delight in the finance department, and made our trade in, and car buying process smooth and non-stressful. Would highly recommend both men at this company for your car service needs!

I went there as a walking in for a oil change/ tie retotaion. I didn't have a long wait. I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. My service person was very polite. Thanks Radley for your service.

I took my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox there 11/11/25 due to several code issues that needed to be fixed. Daniel Kaufman was my service person. He was off from the jump not to friendly and reassuring but I had used their services before so I just went with the flow. They fixed my car it’s not cutting off when in reverse but it’s not a smooth ride anymore either. My service forms were never downloaded to me online and my paperwork noted that I needed an oil change and filters and that I had declined that offer which I was never told about. The customer service was terrible no one even came out to explain what was done any recommendations nothing. I will not be going back to there business at all that was it for me. I felt like they really didn’t want to help from the beginning I don’t know what it was but I won’t be going back there.

Thank you for understanding. I would have paid for everything to be done at Chevrolet but it was never offered and the paperwork said I declined so I guess I’ll be purchasing those filters from autozone and getting an oil change and coolant and brake flush at Valvoline.
