He listened to my choice of vehicle and all the options. He placed a new build request for the Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid, and the vehicle was delivered to me yesterday. The sales process paperwork was smooth and completed under one hour. Mr Syed kept me updated with the steps from ordering to delivery. I had a fantastic experience buying my 2026 Toyota Crown XLE at Bredemann Toyota. If you want a dealership that actually respects your time and doesn't play games, this is the place to go. My sales consultant, Michael Sinacola, was great to work with. He was super friendly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable without any of the usual dealership runaround. I also thought it was really nice to see the General Sales Manager, Brian Monks, actually out on the showroom floor. Instead of hiding in an office, he was right there greeting people and helping customers. It’s rare to see that kind of hands-on management, and it gave the place a really welcoming vibe. Finance is usually the worst part of buying a car, but Jack Prato made it completely painless. He was incredibly organized, explained the paperwork clearly, and got me through the process fast. Best of all, there were no high-pressure sales tactics. He respected my choices, the numbers matched exactly what we had agreed on, and there were no surprises. I’d highly recommend Bredemann Toyota to my friends and family. They made buying my new Crown an incredibly easy experience.

Mike was so helpful in getting the model we wanted!! He also was so understanding when I went into the hospital unexpectedly and delivered my baby early and couldn't get v the car right away, he worked with my husband on picking it up later than we anticipated.
