This was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life, they tried to tell me that my all-wheel drive Cadillac was only front wheel drive even though I verified that it was all-wheel drive by showing them the original window sticker. They also told me that I needed new brakes even though I showed them a receipt where I put new brakes and rotors on 3 months earlier. Adam the used car manager should be fired he was a complete idiot Michael in finance was no better. I would never again buy a new or used car from this dealership it's just not worth the aggravation

I wanted to let anyone looking to buy a vechicle , talk to Tyler Woods . We purchased a truck a few weeks ago and Tyler was very nice and professional. Made our buying process so easy . He worked with Robert and I to get the best deal possible . Even after 4 weeks and me having questions , Tyler has gotten back with me with questions that I had . They have a problem with even an oil change. Their staff here is as reliable as their cars… Absolutely terrible. Justin is the most incompetent person I’ve ever met!

Stopped in for an oil change was there for just about an hour. In addition to the oil change my tires were rotated. This was my first experience with Hagerstown Ford, I was very please with their service.
