From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. This experience has changed my mind! Great work Koons Annapolis!

Koons Annapolis Toyota May have sold A LEMON CAR!!
Honestly Koons Annapolis may have sold me a lemon car , at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financial director we insisted on the Subaru one that had too much mileage when we never did!! If you are a salesperson or are trying make a deal you appeal to the customer not put words in their mouths this is absolutely outrageous what he did and it wasn't right !! Though we didn't find out until he gave us the car after we signed all the papers because the lady who was finalizing the papers didn't say the interest rate or what we signed up for all she said was sign sign sign , didn't give us a chance to read what we were getting into. Now we decided to give the car a chance see if we liked 2 months we had in those 2 months we didn't drive the car for a month(we have proof through our home cameras and neighbors) the first week of the 2 month we decide to drive the car the transmission went out so if we were driving this car lets say the first week of getting it would the transmission have busted out sooner?! Not only that we were the Subaru had no accidents and when we take it to Car max all of a sudden it had an accident!! I know that it is unenviably for a used car not to have an accident but to not report to the buyer that is not right. Not to mention if we are calmly trying to speak out our concerns on the first go and you come off more defensive then you should you are guilty and you know it because I have recorded conversations on how maurice and Suheil have spoken to me to in a very defensive and aggressive tone that i do not appreciate the customer service shown after the transmission went out terrible how are you going to leave me more in debt with another car above my own price range and add the price of the previous car. Also the car was in the dealership for a Month a month and practically 2 weeks the amount of money wasted on UBER because of this!! Honestly if you are going to buy a car from maurice be careful who knows maybe he will sell you a lemon car like he did to us , and try to play victim right after. Let me say one more thing we got the transmission fixed but that car is not the same the man who worked in Services who attended to us and gave the car back told us Koons Annapolis Toyota did NOT do the inspection on the car correctly and thoroughly because if they did they would have NOT sold me that car.

Sleezey Lying Sales
After being lured in by low internet prices I quickly learned it was all bait and switch. I actually was quoted a price online then was hit with a much much higher price at the dealership. Only after literally driving off the lot was I chased down to be told it was merely a misunderstanding. Didn't matter...got dragged on my trade and of course those fees like pin striping that was done to the car and charged. Was lied to repeatedly by salesman and sales manager...assured repeatedly that although I brought my own financing they needed me to fill out a credit ap but not really a credit ap...just for ID purposes.....and would not be a hard hit on credit report. Lies...was notified of a hit and drop in credit score while sitting in the office!!!! Called them out but they lied straight faced even after confronted with evidence that KOONS pulled a credit report. Am formulating a letter to Toyota in Japan and a complaint to MD Attorney General. Find a car elsewhere. They are dishonest, sleezey and underhanded. Needed a shower after leaving. Save yourself.

Just buy Rav 4 fist i call to confirm everything price availability so I drive there they printed all paperwork wish showing the real price wish was $20,995 after few mnts they say the price its not wht the dealer say and not what's the paperwork say I have all paperwork with original price $20,995 and they charge me one thousand dollars extra this is not honestly I have my 1 year son and pregnant wife with me and the sale person I ask him for. The keys he say that we have 2 keys I swear I promise after that I call to ask for my second key he say wait for week or 2 weeks thats not a real professional business look at the price first for the car and ask why you changed thats not honestly

We got our car in Aug 2020, our car has been in the shop...
We got our car in Aug 2020, our car has been in the shop on and off since the day we got it. First it was the turbo that would shoot the Check Engine light on, so that means that they would scan the car and erase the code. No one took us seriously and we had to get other people get involved. It's now end of April of 2021 and we still have to take it.
