From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. This experience has changed my mind! Great work Koons Annapolis!

We needed a car for my physically disabled son to drive after it became too hard for him to drive his Scion stick shift. In addition to great service on the Scion (thanks Kevin Biggam), so we could pass it along, Rich Gallena, found us a used car we weren't even looking for... but we are grateful it was available: comfortable fit for my son, in pristine condition and a great price. Rich assisted us over several days, was not pushy and was very thorough on addressing our specifications.

I've bought cars from Koons Toyota in Annapolis many times over the years, and they never disappoint. Our salesman, Rich Gallena, was courteous, professional, helpful, and sincere. Really went out of his way to make us feel valued. I'm the director of customer service are a very busy state agency so I really appreciate great customer service. Dan the Man and Dennis Weaver (not the actor) have over 60 years experience between them and are experts on trade- ins and working the deal. Latoya, who handled the paperwork for our financing was efficient and a pleasure to work with. Side note - the upselling during the financing always makes me grumpy, but that may just be me. As far as I can tell from speaking with others, it's a common practice. I think we got a great used car for a fair price, good trade, and square deal with Toyota Financial, buts it's the great, personable customer service that brings me back. We live in Baltimore now, but I wouldn't even consider going to a closer dealer. They are worth the drive, and more!
