From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. This experience has changed my mind! Great work Koons Annapolis!

I thought that I'd had a great experience until I received all of my signed documents in the mail after two weeks. When I reviewed the documents I noticed that I was charged for a service warranty, that I was told would be free, and Lo jack that was also suppose to be free. I purchased a BMW and put a substantial amount of money down as a down payment on this car. This was my second visit to this dealership only because the finance manager told me that he had a great deal for me. If I had known that this would happen to me I would have never step foot in that dealership a second time!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB next.

I purchased my 2004 Matrix there. The used car team gave me a great deal and I got a great car! Thanks Dennis Dan and Joe! btw Toyota should bring the Matrix back!!

Awesome Dealership! Never once did I feel like I was in a shark attack car buying experience or rushed into making a decision. I have always in the past had bad car buying experiences. December 28, 2016 was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Koons Annapolis Toyota. My sales representative Joe Gross made each experience very enjoyable. He's always managed to make me believe I can have any vehicle on the lot with a little perseverance, strategy, and a little hard work. He's such a positive, fun individual too. He was very professional, kind and courteous in helping me to pick out my first and second vehicle, and very attentive, going on test rides and getting me in the car that was just right for me, until I could finally get into the truck of my dreams. I will never go back to the dealerships in my past experiences. I absolutely found it hard to leave each time I bought my vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota because they actually made me feel as though I was a family member instead of just a sale. Toyota of Annapolis made my first time buying a car a great experience! The staff was so friendly and took away every nervous bone in my body. Joe Gross was my car salesman and he was very professional and instead of just trying to sale me a car he made sure it was great for me and fit my lifestyle. I purchased our third vehicle at Koons Annapolis Toyota, Joe Gross helped me get into a new corolla. My old corolla had issues and was not about to put money in an old car. He was so knowledgeable and professional it made me feel comfortable. This purchase was way better than my previous one because my financial service provider Tyrone Cypress was really helpful by working with my husband and I every step of the way, until we had a good deal. Overall the staff was very pleasant.
