From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. This experience has changed my mind! Great work Koons Annapolis!

Neal Barret after selling me the car avoided all of my calls, messages and emails for 3 months just to avoid a $38 he promised to reimburse. The issue is still unresolved. They will deliver on some of their promises only if you make sure it happens before you sign a check. Yes the people there are polite and not pushy. It's the actions that count. Mechanics there are decent and dedicated people.

This was the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The first was 10 years ago. I traded in that car for the purchase I made last week. The salesman was different, but the service was the same. No complaints, happy with the purchase.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in August 2021. I was told the car had no problems by 2 seperate sales staff by emails and videos After receiving the vehicle and noticing problems, the local Jeep service centre found there was over $5500 worth of repairs from brakes, steering, engine lifters and rockers and turn signals, no bluetooth or navigation and oil leaks. Despite reaching out to management and asking for assistance the dealership refused to help me. I have never been so disappointed in a company and warn anyone to stay away. This is exactly what people don't trust car dealerships.

We stopped in to check out the inventory of both new and used vehicles, and we found (and bought) a 2020 4runner. We test drove two other models, but this one was everything (actually more) than we thought we'd find on our first shopping adventure at Koons. Neal Barrett was the sales rep who got us through everything in fine fashion, and we are totally satisfied with his help from beginning to end. Now for some off-road fun!

Yesterday we purchased a beautiful new crimson red Avalon Limited. Our time spent with salesman, Neal Barrett was very pleasant. In fact he turned the car-buying process into a positive experience. The car has so many new electronic bells and whistles! Neal took the time to make sure our phones were connected to Bluetooth and radio stations were set before we pulled away from the dealership. He also encouraged us to return anytime if we needed guidance on any of the features. He even offered to have the car washed at the dealership any morning he's there! We are returning customers and were most pleased with this current purchase and everyone we came in contact with at Koons!
