From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. This was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. I knew exactly the type of 4runner I wanted and Henry Reynolds made it happen; Henry was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock but Henry was able to locate one locally and have it at the dealership in four hours. I was able to order all of the accessories I wanted and will have them installed when they arrive. Latoya Gardner made the financing painless and quick. Bought an Avalon last year and I was very happy with the deal, process and great car. This year we bought a Highlander, and again very happy with the deal, the process and again a very nice car. Koons takes the approach "Take care of the customer and everything else will take care of itself". This is the 6th vehicle I've purchases from Koons Annapolis through the years and I'm very pleased.

If you are looking to buy a 2016 Sequoia like me, or any other toyota, seek William Gable at Toyota of Annapolis. Also worth noting, he was very polite throughout the entire process. Simply put, everyone went above and beyond working with me/for me to get me in the truck I wanted for the best rate possible. My salesman, Will, was very friendly and knowledgable through the entire process. Truly a joy to work with from the test drive on through pulling out of the lot after finishing the paperwork. From there, I can't say enough good things about the finance team! I've been looking at SUV's for more than a year. Finally chose a Highlander Limited and could not be happier. Love everything about it. Began my year long search with Will Gable at Koons Toyota.
