After purchasing used vehicles for the last 2 decades, deciding to purchase a new vehicle was a daunting task. After careful research, we showed up at Brilliance and test drove a few vehicles and decided on the Honda CR-V. Our salesperson, Robert, was the primary reason we stayed and made the decision to lease the vehicle. Brilliance Honda is brilliant because of people like Robert. Also, the entire building from the restrooms to the main shop were very clean and updated. Can't say enough good things about your dealership!

Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake was outstanding from start to finish. From the very beginning, Trinity was my first point of contact, and she set the tone immediately. She was upbeat, personal, welcoming, and made me feel like I mattered right away. She did not treat me like just another lead — she treated me like a person, and that meant a lot. When I came in, my sales consultant, Matt Darwit, was absolutely incredible. He was calm, transparent, patient, and helpful every step of the way. He printed out all the numbers for me, explained everything clearly, and hid nothing. There were no games, no pressure, and no predatory tactics — just honesty, professionalism, and genuine respect. As someone who has been with Honda for 22 years, I really appreciated that he recognized my loyalty and treated me accordingly. He helped me move from my 2024 Prologue Elite into a 2026 Prologue Elite while lowering my costs, which was a huge relief for me. A big thank-you also to Jon Nello, the sales manager, who was warm, personable, and truly seemed happy to make a fair and very good deal. Between Trinity, Matt Darwit, and Jon, the entire experience felt completely different from what I had been through elsewhere. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued — like I had found my new Honda dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that is transparent, open, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused, I highly recommend Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake. Damian was excellent to work with. He knows Honda's inside and out. He answered any questions we had. He showed us several different models of the Pilot to choose from. This is the second Honda we have purchased from Brilliance Honda and we live Dixon,Il.Great place to do business.

From the E quote I received from Trinity Williams to the car delivery that Bob Calhoun handled to the financing handled by Darrell Herbert it was a very quick process.
