Novato Ford notified me regarding two recall issues that needed to be addressed. I brought my truck in. They addressed the recall issues. Jeff Martinez the service rep told me that the mechanic found a leak in my radiator and that it needed to be fixed. I had no idea there was anything wrong with the radiator. I brought the vehicle back in and they fixed the radiator issue free charge. Kudos to the mechanic into Jeff for seeing a problem and bringing it to my attention.

Okay, here is the deal. Very few dealerships get both sides of the equation right. Novato Chevrolet does. Professional, knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. Cobi, Darwin, Joe and Juan in sales, Gino in F&I, Jeff and Kyle and I believe Sarah in Service, and Brian, all great people. No hassles, completely transparent, and they really seem to tailor the experience to the customer. I have been to a ton of dealerships over the past 5 years, Novato Chevrolet is a gem. Even if you never thought about getting a Chevy, give them a look!
