Professional thieves in white gloves: Audi North Olando (Sanford) is a place where they hire professional thieves. They asked for over $18000 (correct $18K) for actuator replacement ($270 retail and suspection arm replacment, and cover gasket replacement). We are talking here about audi not a Ferrari. $1500 for oil changes and rotation with couple of other stupid stuff that can be done for couple of hundered in any otherdealership. I did check my car at German car auto shop specialists and paid $176 for the diagnostc report. I told Audi profetional thies that I need these things to be repaired but they said they need thier own diagnostic check. They did and charged me $951 just to tell me what I already told them that needs to be fixed. It is a place where they legally allowed to scam you. Dave is a profetional liar, avoid him at any cost.

Audi North Orlando does not perform repairs or provide estimates without first completing our own diagnostic process. We do this so we can verify concerns, ensure accuracy, and stand behind any recommendations made. Diagnostic time reflects the labor involved in testing, documenting findings, and confirming root causes, not simply repeating another shop’s report. The figures referenced in this review combine multiple separate repair items and maintenance recommendations, which were presented transparently and without obligation. Guests are always free to decline any service, seek second opinions, or choose where their vehicle is repaired. We strongly disagree with the characterization of our team member and our dealership. Personal attacks do not reflect our values or the experience of the thousands of guests we serve each year. We would welcome the opportunity to review this matter directly. Not just professional thieves but professional liars as well. The car was droped at the dealrship around 1.30 PM and the diagnotic video was sent to me around 3.30 pm that means you charge your clients $475 per hour X2 hours. You lied again about that I could decline some of the services. I was told the diagnostic check would cost me $250 only to find out next day that I have to pay $951 (no repair, no parts just for couple hours of fake check--I was already aware of all the issues in my car from a local German cars autoshop).

Just finished leasing a new Audi Q8 which makes the eighth Audi purchased or leased from Audi North Orlando by my family. I have had nothing but great experiences in the sales area and service department. Fantastic dealership, always responsive to needs of their customers.

Purchased a new 2025 Audi in August. The Sales experience at this dealership wasn't great. 1) The salesperson told me I was getting a Quattro and turns out that I wasn't...I recognize this was also my responsibility to confirm, but if I had known, I would have bought a different vehicle. 2) After I completed the finance phase of the purchase, the salesperson moved his focus to another customer and left me waiting for over an hour to take delivery of my car...and all along the car was ready to go. Once he realized that I was still waiting, he found another employee to jump in the car and show me some basic functions and sent me on my way. After I left this dealership, I felt like a was nothing more than a burden to their process and definitely wouldn't consider my experience anything close to high quality or best in class.

Extremely Poor service and communication and customer care Car bought less than 2 years ago - has had multiple recurrent issues Service advisor completely unhelpful Left car 4 days ago - did not get a loaner ( for that appointment wait is 1-3 weeks) was told it'd be fixed in 1-2 days. No call from service advisor. Kept calling on third day - was told he was busy but at the end of day I was told he is not working and he would call back ASAP in AM. No call received. Called on fourth day - was told no loaner available and car would be ready by the end of the day meaning 659 PM ( they close at 7 PM) Will not advise anyone to buy any vehicle from them or expect any good customer care from them. And I have been their priority customer since 2012. ( Had Audi S4 and now A5)

While this was a service visit we continue to be impressed with the service and professionalism of Venessa Erwin and Audi North Orlando. Over 20 years we have leased and/or purchased 6 Audis from this dealership including at its 2 prior addresses, which I think says it all.

Service advisor was extremely helpful, courteous and prompt. Facilities were very nice. Car was returned on time and clean, inside and out. Additional services were recommended and completed during the visit.
