Being a first timer in Acura, We thought Glendale Acura is a Great dealership , Karine was Easy to understand as well as the finance dept, less complications, rate was reasonable , we hope that the car performance will make us happy .

Great experience at Acura of Glendale. Karine was very responsive by email and gave me the best out-the-door price I received. When we came in, Karine wasn’t there, so Albert helped us and did a great job showing us the car and all of its features. There was a mix-up because the quote was for a different, less expensive model, but the dealership still honored the original out-the-door price, which I really appreciated. Artur in finance was also great to work with—he explained everything clearly, wasn’t pushy, and gave us an excellent price on the extended warranty we wanted. Overall, the whole process was smooth and professional, and I’d definitely buy from Acura of Glendale again.

I didn’t get quite as much off the vehicle of purchase as I had hoped, but it was competitive with surrounding SoCal dealerships. The salesman was pretty green and so there were a few few little mistake mistakes or omissions that would have been nice to avoid. Ultimately though, I came in at a great time on an unusually not busy Sunday. I confirmed the deal over the phone, and was presented the same deal in person when arrival at the dealership that day. The whole process, including their kind allowance of letting me take the car with the salesman to my home to make sure it fit in my driveway without scraping, took under three hours. Very happy with the dealership on the hole, and would recommend only that the salesman continue to train and improve his knowledge, style, and capability.
