Well , every time that I have to get or I request service

Well , every time that I have to get or I request service is very pleasant, Ron is great and the rest of the coworkers are very attentive too.Always they suggest and offer information on how to maintain your vehicle. In my personal opinion, I can get service on any other kia dealer but kia of West Nyack have been the right choice exellent. I do recommend this place for service.

KIA OF WEST NYACK – CORPORATE, DEALER AND SERVICE – NO

KIA OF WEST NYACK – CORPORATE, DEALER AND SERVICE – NO CAR SERVICE – NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD AT EVERY LEVEL – I am absolutely furious. I brought my car in with under 15,000 miles on it, and the tires are already bald—a complete safety hazard. 15,000 miles is NOT normal for tires to wear out. The service department first tried to blame me for bad driving habits or driving with a bad alignment. There was no alignment issue so bad to make the tires bald in 15,000 miles or I surely would have noticed it while driving! They wouldn’t acknowledge they sold me a vehicle with defective tires. NO HELP FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - It is ridiculous that a 'reputable' dealership brushes off a customer who is driving on dangerous, bald tires. They told me to talk to the tire manufacturer but wouldn’t even help me with that effort. NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT - When I went to the manager in the sales department, I received the same treatment. No help whatsoever! NO HELP FROM CORPORATE - When I took it to corporate, they were “shocked” how I was treated by Kia of West Nyack, but these were EMPTY WORDS. They offered no help interacting with their dealership. They told me what I already figured. It was the dealerships responsibility to contact the tire manufacturer and resolve the issue. Save your money and your safety, go to a dealership that cares about more than just selling cars. I will never return to this dealership. KIA OF WEST NYACK – DON’T TRUST THEM!

Every time I go to the dealership for service I usually get Michael and he is so good and honest and accommodating. He tells me what I really need to do rather than try to sell me something I don’t need.

I went there from CT to purchase a used Kia that only had

I went there from CT to purchase a used Kia that only had 2000 miles on it. Oliver Mirander treated me with respect and fairness. He answered all my questions or found answers to those he didn't know. He followed up and accommodated my time constraints. The overall experience at the dealership was very positive and treated me much better than other dealerships where I purchased very expensive cars. I highly recommend Oliver and Kia of West Nyack.

Worst experience.

Worst experience. Was lied to. All they want is your money. Went for a safety inspection was was told it would not pass if I did not but 2 tires, do a brake flush, and by a battery. Car is 2 years old. Went elsewhere and my car passed inspection DMV wanted to know why I was inspecting again 1 week later when it passed. Kia did not give me my sticker wanted money. How corrupt.

I will call tomorrow., it is despicable. You LIE to customers…Their car passes inspection you say you do “FREE”….What a joke I was told it would be $1,00.00 plus to get it inspected….. DMV wanted to know why I was getting it inspected the following week. Who you give the sticker to?

We have been going to Kia West Nyack since 2016;

We have been going to Kia West Nyack since 2016; purchased 3 cars and have them serviced by the dealership. Their service department is very good at detailing the recommended work - even send a video of the multi point inspection so you can see exactly why they recommend certain services. Ronald takes the time to make us feel valued.
