My daughter recently bought her first car, a pre-owned CR-V from Lia Honda of Brewster. Her salesman, Chris Larson took great care of her. He was polite and professional. Knowing that this was her first purchase, Chris went out of his way to make her feel comfortable, answering all her questions and explaining the buying process in a friendly and courteous manner. Excellent follow-up as well. Also would like to thank the sales manager, Norman Horne fora great price that compared quite favorably against other dealers with similar products, especially in light of outstanding condition of this car both inside and out. It's been a couple weeks now and she loves it. I've used Lia's service department in the past and look forward to the great care they've always shown us in the past. As a side note, the dealership is under renovation but they took great efforts to make it friendly and inviting to their customers. Support staff were all very cordial and eager to help as well. If you are in the market for a new car, don't waste your time hopping from dealer to dealer. We went straight to Lia Honda in Brewster because of close proximity to us. Once there and we relayed what we needed, everyone was so helpful. Our sales person Steve was so informative. No annoying hard sales tactics. Just the useful information we needed. I have been bringing my Honda Civic to these guys for 6 years and they have always been top-notch. In particular, Service Manager Rob Benfari has always gone above and beyond, but no matter who is at the desk I always get courteous, professional service. Nobody "enjoys" having their car serviced, but the team at Lia makes it the best possible experience. The new service center is exceptionally clean and the waiting area is bright and comfortable. I truly cannot say enough about how good they are.
