Everything was fine. It took an hour and a half for routine maintenance and a recall procedure. New building is wonderful.

I had a pleasant experience. The warranty was not explained as well until I went to do the financial aspect. I was also supposed to receive a cargo net for my trunk along with my car, this was not in the trunk when I looked after leaving the dealership.

I received excellent and respectful care from Dave in the Ford service department. I was not treated like I didn't know what I was talking about like I have been in the past from another Ford dealership. Dave was very patient with me and my anxieties about the warranty work.

I had the 67500 maintenance done. Plus their was a anti corrosion recall. Everything went well except too much oil was added and had to be drained. When I took it back the next day the Service department was prompt in taking care of the issue.

Bill (the service writer ) did an excellent job processing the needed service. Oil changed , tires rotated & all systems checked. Total service time approx. 1 hr. 29 mins. After service Bill explained the condition of all items on the multi point inspection & processed the checkout. Great job Bob Bell. I'll be back.

My son told me about this dealership and I am pleased I have visit this dealerships which was farther away from my house that other dealerships didn't offer this customer service and pressure free thanks for everything
