Wrote dealership about a specific Certified Pre-Owned

Wrote dealership about a specific Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln through the Cars.com app. I listed three questions that I had about that car to determine whether to drive 70 miles each way to take a look. I have not had anyone contact me to answer my questions yet. I finally contacted them on their direct internet division number and have not gotten answers to my questions. Now that car has been sold.

Pretty terrible customer service.

Pretty terrible customer service. Service department unable to resolve issues even after months in service!! Refuses to service vehicles under Factory warranty. Tried for hours to reach management and just got the runaround

I located 2 cars on line that fit needs.

I located 2 cars on line that fit needs. Both were ae at Wesr Point Lincoln. Called in to used car dept and Sam Sadikki answered. When I went in he had both cars ready for viewing and test drive. My wife was unable to attend so he brought the car my home the next day for her to see. We were very pleased with the whole transaction. Sam followed and took care of the follow-up details. I certainly will recommend West Point to friends and acquaintances
