I took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a warning light about the air suspension system. I was told there was a leak in the compressor which had to be replaced at a cost of over $2000.00. Within a few days after the repair, the same warning light came on. This time I was told it was simply a blown fuse. Makes one wonder. Also, my wife had to drop the vehicle off for me the second time and was treated rudely by the staff who questioned her about the warning light in an accusatory manner because it didn't come on when they started the car. I'm getting rid of the Jeep and will never use David Dodge again.

Thee trial and ordeal of Jeep recalls
I had 2 recalls for my Wrangler - one for driver side airbag and the other was passenger side airbag. The recall notices came out months ago and I was finally contacted that the parts had come in and I could schedule the work. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if the parts for both recalls were in. the person doing the scheduling said that they assumed since I was told it time to come in, all the parts were in. Oh, btw, "we only do work on recalls during the early part of the day by 3:00", which meant I had to take time off from work (even though the service department makes appointments into the early evening). Needless to say, only the parts for one recall were in. No idea when the other parts would be available. Thus it looks like I gotta use more vacation time whenever the other stuff comes in. I guess the Dodge Chrysler Jeep parts supply chain is not focused on safety recall work. But the service was fairly quick and as scheduled.

2012 Dodge Durango
My 2012 Dodge Durango has had many issues over the last 1 1/2 years including brake failure, air conditioning failure, rear camera failure, along with at least 4 recalls for other items. The current item is a check engine light which caused an engine repair, and is back on again after 2 weeks. David Dodge has been great about the repairs, but this brand of vehicle is in question

Great Experience with Melissa and Bob
Just had a very smooth and easy process buying a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Starting with Melissa Haas who was extremely responsive and proactive after I contacted the dealer, and continuing with Bob Wiebe who walked me through the process and made sure there were no surprises. as we finished up, the experience was great.

Great service
The service team at David Dodge was extremely helpful and professional and I would recommend the dealership to others. I purchased my Jeep Cherokee at the dealership and will continue to have it serviced at the same dealership. When I need a new car - I will come here first. Todd

Wonderful Experience
We've been looking for a new Dodge Durango R/T for the last couple of months to replace our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit (which was an awesome car, we just needed the third row of seats). We had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa Haas, Alex Gray, and Emilio. They made the buying process very easy and gave us a good price on both the Durango we wanted and the trade-in value for our Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership. Great people. Excellent service. Awesome experience!

Great Experience
Our salesman George Carris was great. I really liked the fact that he extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and the financing. He was not overbearing or pushy in any way. Very each to do business with. Thank you ...we love our new Pacifica.
