They're fast and efficient.

They're fast and efficient. Finding an appointment is not hard. They don't have snacks if you're waiting. But they do have coffee. Place is clean. I don't know why but oil change is only for next 3000 miles. Previously it was 7500 miles. I think they didn't change all of it.

Lucas Chevrolet was very helpful to me when I unexpectedly needed to purchase a vehicle. The car salesman came highly recommended to me through family members. So far my experience with Lucas Chevrolet has been mostly positive because of the car salesman. The person I had to sit with to sign the paperwork acted like he could not be bothered with me that day. I was disappointed with that experience. I can not remember his name.

Easy negotiations they gave me a good final price and made it simple. They were even willing to send me a courtesy vehicle to get me to the dealership to make the deal. Salesman Harry Cutts was friendly and helpful.
