I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi e-tron from Audi Atlanta on 2/14 and didn’t officially take delivery until 2/19 due to the vehicle having to be inspected and reconditioned. Honestly, I regret the purchase entirely. Over the years, I’ve owned five Audi vehicles and currently still own two, so I’m very familiar with the brand, but this has been by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Everything is great when you’re buying the car, but the moment something goes wrong, the entire attitude shifts and level of service changed. Right after getting the vehicle, I noticed issues with the electric motors and the suspension. I immediately contacted the dealership to have it looked at, but they blew me off for several days before finally getting me in. When I brought the car in on 3/2, they confirmed there were problems. The vehicle ended up needing a major repair, an electric motor replacement. They also acknowledged the suspension noise and claimed they fixed it as well. They kept my car for 24 days, and I didn’t get it back until 3/26. They did provide me with a loaner vehicle after i almost had to beg for it, but it was not an EV. With today’s economy, I ended up spending a significant amount of money on gas, something I would not have had to do if I had been given a comparable electric vehicle. On top of that, I still had to make a car payment on a vehicle I only had in my possession for a few days. Unfortunately, the suspension noise is STILL there, despite them saying they replaced multiple parts and test drove it several times to ensure it was resolved. I called them the very next day and now have to bring it back again. This has been a huge inconvenience. At this point, they have had my vehicle longer than I have. Extremely disappointing experience from a dealership I expected much better from. They made sure the car looked perfect cosmetically, but clearly failed to properly inspect it mechanically before selling it to me.

From start to finish, my experience was exceptional thanks to Gus. Pure coincidence that we both walked in at the same time. He was easy to talk to, built a trusting relationship with outstanding professionalism, clear and transparent communication, and a genuine commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Every question was answered thoroughly, and I never felt pressured, only supported and well-informed. What stood out most was their attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before I even had to ask. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered beyond expectations, making the entire buying experience feel seamless and first-class. This is exactly the level of service that builds long-term customer loyalty. I will be returning to purchase my next car, without hesitation.

Purchased a car from them and a month later STILL waiting for a plug to be sent and for the CPO paperwork to be delivered. Can’t count the number of times we’ve already contacted Lewis Temple to help. Would not recommend this dealership AT ALL very poor customer service. Nice till they get your money and then they are done with you.

From start to finish my experience with Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta was exceptional. They focused on being transparent about the total pricing. Once I decided on the car the total time with financing was about 2 1/2 hours which to me is very reasonable because that also included a test drive. I highly recommend Gus as a sales person. While waiting I was able to eat lunch at the Quattro Cafe, full menu, nice staff, and excellent food. The dealership is about a 3 hour drive for me and I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.
