I made an appt with Milo to see a car and asked him to

I made an appt with Milo to see a car and asked him to let me know if it sells before i got there. Upon arriving (after leaving work early) i was told Milo left earlier in the day and that the car i was coming to look at was sold. I understood the car might sell but leaving work early to find out the person i had an appointment with left for the day and left me hanging was terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I will say that the employee that was there was very apologetic.

My family and I have all gotten our car from Nissan in Waldorf and had Mr.Willie Moses as our sales associate. He is patient, kind, honest, and trusted. When I had a problem with one of my cars, I called Mr.Willie to see what I should do, and he gave me his honest opinion as if I were his own family member.

Received service in a timely manner and work was

Received service in a timely manner and work was completed within the time frame promised. My Service Representative (Tim Britt) kept me informed and explained all the details of the repairs taking place on my vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

Waited 5 hours and overpaid for a diagnostic that didn't

Waited 5 hours and overpaid for a diagnostic that didn't determined the problem. The next day, the same problem returned. Not sure if techs are familiar with BSW malfunctions and loss of power in Infinity QX60s. Not sure which is worse, not able to determined the problem or paying overpriced for a diagnostic service fee!
