Recall - Awesome Experience

I am new to this dealership but I absolutely love it and will definitely be making the trip to this dealership in the future. I live in Boston and travelled to this location due to the amazing reviews. My TSX recently had the airbag recall. I called this dealership and I had an appointment the next morning. It took less than 90 minutes to repair along with a complimentary wash, vacuum and service check. The staff is friendly and there was plenty of complimentary breakfast items to choose from along with a tv which made the time go by fast!

A+ All around

I have bringing my MDX for regular maintenance to his location since I purchased it last summer. All my experiences have been great, service advisers are very polite and knowledgable techs do an amazing job as well.

Excellent experience buying at Acura of Peabody

We were treated professionally by Tom Roe our salesperson. Things went very smoothly and it was a pleasant experience. Tom knows the car very well and can explain all the features and options in a simple way.

Great Dealer - Excellent Sales Rep

Would recommend

They do a great job from customer service through repairs. Sometimes it takes longer than anticipated, and sometimes they hit you with a big expensive list of recommended repairs that can feel overwhelming. But they are thorough and I would recommend them.

A very good buying experience thanks to Ted Poulos

I previously owned a MDX I love the sturdiness of this vehicle and how comfortable I felt driving it and wanted the same in my next purchase. I came across the RDX which was a smaller version, I wasn't sure that I would like it , but once I got behind the wheel the fit was just right. I had a great experience with Ted Poulos a wonderful gentleman and a pleasure to work with he was very friendly and professional. He was very informative really took the time to explain everything and made sure that I got into a vehicle that I really wanted. This was a very pleasant buying experience.
