Beware of their finance managers.

Beware of their finance managers. I recently purchased an extended warranty from the finance manager knowing I would also be getting a quote from my financial institution for a warranty. The contract states that if I choose to cancel the Toyota warranty, I would have 30 days to do so. I read the contract and understood this. The finance manager upon trying to cancel the warranty, lied to me and said I had 60 days to cancel. I assume to try to save the sale. This in my opinion is extremely unethical. When I told the finance manager he shouldn’t be misleading customers, and he should know the contract better than customers, his response to me was, “Thanks for telling me how to do my job”. I couldn’t believe it. What a rude statement to make to a customer! By the way, their warranties are more expensive than Schoolsfirst MRC’s.

After scheduling my RAV4 for a specific recall repair and

After scheduling my RAV4 for a specific recall repair and taking the car in, I was told the parts would not be available for at least a week. Zero stars for that waste of time, but 5 stars for when I took it in after being assured that the recall parts were on hand, and for an oil change and tire rotation. All personnel were courteous and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My only advice is to get assurance of parts availability before taking your car in pursuant to a recall notice. I purchased this vehicle new from this dealership, and have had all service done here, and with the exception of the occasional hiccup, have been satisfied and will definitely return for service or to buy another Toyota.

Have always had my vehicle serviced with Ana. She is knowledgeable and so very helpful. So when I thought about purchasing a new car, of course I wanted to stay “in the family”. Bill McQuown was amazing. He worked really hard to get me the vehicle and price I wanted. His patience and congeniality was so very appreciated. Ali is Finance was also a joy to work with. What could have been a very stressful and agonizing experience when purchasing a new car, was absolutely just the opposite. Thanks to all of you who made this possible.

This is my second lease, and I have a Camry Hybrid this

This is my second lease, and I have a Camry Hybrid this time. Love the gas mileage! Went in for my first oil change. Ray helped me and he was awesome. I am hearing impaired and he used the iPad and his phone to communicate with me, which I appreciate very much. He came and got me when my car was ready, so I didn't have to wait very long.

I purchased a Toyota Highlander through the internet

I purchased a Toyota Highlander through the internet sales department and worked with a salesman named Anh Vu. The sales process itself went fairly smoothly at first. One of my initial and very clear questions was whether the vehicle came equipped with a tow hitch, and I was explicitly told that it did. Based on that assurance, I drove from Corona to the dealership to complete the purchase. While the vehicle was being processed, I inspected it and immediately noticed that no tow hitch was installed. When I questioned this, I was told that the vehicle had just been delivered and that the tow hitch simply had not been installed yet. I was assured not to worry and was told I could bring the vehicle back for installation. The salesman also sent me a text message confirming this, which I still have. Over the following several months, I attempted to follow up multiple times via calls and text messages. I spoke with the salesman 3–4 times, and each time I was told my call would be returned. It never was. Eventually, I contacted the service department directly. I was told to bring the vehicle in for the installation, so I drove 45 miles back to the dealership. Once there, I was informed that they had no record of any agreement for a tow hitch. I showed them the text message, and I was then told that I would have to pay out of pocket, and that the hitch and installation would be an additional cost. I am convinced that the vehicle details were misrepresented to secure the sale. I would not have purchased this vehicle without a tow hitch. The lack of accountability and follow-through is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
