first time having service done at this deaership and was impressed with the efficiency and procedure from check in to check out. definately gets you in and out as quick as possible especially knowing the amount of cars they take in for service each day.

Waiting 5 hours for tire rotation service is ridiculous....
Waiting 5 hours for tire rotation service is ridiculous. Not happy with Kayla. She was not good. No update for entire I was waiting. No effort to help find discounts.

I took my car in for routine oil service and it was poor...
I took my car in for routine oil service and it was poor handling. The service representative did Not have clear expectations. Didn’t explain that I had to pay more over the coupon price. Didn’t follow up with my question as to price if mobile service. Also upsell on filter on less than 20k mileage. To top it off.. my door has grease marks from the technician. This place is lacking its superior service and handling dice covid. I guess their are penny pinching and upselling things to make up for the sales depreciation. Penske management needs to review and fix before it gets worse.

This was my first car that I've been able to purchase for myself, and Winser Carrasco at Longo Toyota made it such a pleasant experience. With everything going on in the world right now, it's been pretty tough to find a vehicle, especially before it gets to the dealership, so I had to put a deposit on a vehicle that would be arriving a few months later. Well that day finally came and now I have my perfect car thanks to Winser. He made the process very easy and was very friendly. I've had to deal with some other dealerships in different areas that weren't so pleasant and friendly, so I'm grateful for Longo Toyota. I don't have a single complaint about my purchase.

Sammy Khan is the best! They should give him a big raise. Really nice and stays on top of everything. I got very high in demand RAV4 Prime that took a few weeks to come in. He kept me informed throughout the process and is very polite. Pleasure to work with him and Longo.
