Manuel Mateo made the car buying experience awesome for my husband and me yesterday. My husband viewed Mateo’s video showcasing the Honda CRV and was impressed by Mateo’s attitude and attention to detail. We came into the experience thinking that we would have that typical salesman overselling us but left feeling like family. Mateo was honest with us about the features of each car that we test drove. Anthony, Nick and everyone else we worked with were amazing, professional, patient and pleasant from start to finish! Brian Matt was incredibly thorough, patient, friendly & professional. I left the dealership with a xxxx good understanding of all the features offered by the car. I want to rate him above the 10 scale. But the car has so much to offer it will take me some study time to fully appreciate it.
