They are very unprofessional and in my opinion not very trustworthy. I couldn't get them to do 1 very easy thing to do and that was to take pictures of the car???? Beware of these guys

Pesimo tenia un negativo de 20,000 en el auto que entregue y me subieron 27,000 mas de intereces cuando devian ser 7,200.estoy esperando que entre el negocio en el sistema del financista para avisarles que recojan el auto con la grua pues no pienso pagar eso. (OJO Si piensan comprar en ese lugar .nada de transparencia con los clientes.(Desastroso)

Went to look at a Gladiator that was advertised online. Sales person went to get vehicle for test drive and vehicle would not keep running. All dashboard lights were flickering on and off and vehicle battery was near dead. Vehicle had a broken tail light and cracked windshield. Asked salesman what additional charges were not included when vehicles are sold and he informed me that a $1500 certification and dealer fee was part of the cost. He said this had already been performed on this vehicle. Are you kidding me? Who does this dealer think we are, stupid?

The absolute worst car buying experience I have ever taken part in. The most rude arrogant salesmen I have ever met in my life!! Went to see a used gladiator was not allowed to speak to the person I made the appointment with was immediately taken over by a very nasty person named Ramon who sniped the sale. The so-called gladiator I went to see was ripped and torn to xxxx, Scratch marks all over it and the vehicle smelled of smoke. They even Claimed that it had to be serviced because pieces had been stolen out of the vehicle the previous night- no mention of this prior to my driving there all the way from Orlando. I asked the manager of sales to at least give me a tank of gas to make up for the fact that I drove 400 miles to see this vehicle and was lied to (images of the car were clearly stock) He looked me down the face and said if you’re not going to buy the car then get out. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone!

They lied about my diagnosis saying my fusebox was smoking it took home no smoking tried to say van won’t start another lie manager treatment was unprofessional and classless never get anywhere near that place.
