I wanted to have a better experience with this dealership, but communication and service have been disappointing. I've received multiple calls about a recall on my vehicle, yet when I return those calls, no one responds or follows up. I've also brought my vehicle in several times because I believe there is an issue with the rear differential. Each time, I'm told that everything is fine and no problem can be found. However, my rear tires are wearing out much faster than the front tires, which still look almost new. That level of uneven wear doesn't seem normal to me and suggests there may be an underlying issue that isn't being properly addressed. I even purchased the extended coverage for peace of mind, but I don't feel that my concerns have been taken seriously. I hope the dealership improves its communication and takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Very unprofessional . Sales man RJ my son bought his first car there with the money he had saved from his dad’s death benefits. Put 150000 down and wanted to build his credit so took a loan out on the rest . Before we left the lot with the car we noticed the front windshield was cracked . After getting home we called to let them know and he did everything but help me with the issue . Also the Check engine light came on he told me that the car passed an inspection but I did not . He did nothing but lie and take advantage of of my 18 yr old son just to make the commission on the BMW. After going back-and-forth with him, the GM Tyler, I was still left with nothing to be done with the car but towed that it was my issue and I was reliable for paying for all the issues. Then I reached out to Matthew in service who is absolutely wonderful and tried to do his best to help me with everything that was going on. He basically told me that he was she could help me, but his hands were retired which I get because of management so then I made a visit to the shop Which was not so pleasant because I was still told that there was nothing they could do, but I knew there was so after arguing and having a few sad words with his two gentlemen, we can call them. He finally went and said OK I’ll meet you halfway on what it cost I’m still not happy with it or satisfied with the service that they gave us. Customer supposed to be always right and especially since these issues were there with the car immediately after purchasing it, I would not recommend to go to the Dealership to anybody, especially if you’re buying a used vehicle and I definitely would not recommend going to Rj the salesman.. if you have any service issues, I had absolutely no problem with Matthew. He was wonderful great and had the best customer service.

I had a great experience with Greg at Tom Wood Ford. I’ve worked with Greg on several vehicles over the past two years and he always does a great job This time I was looking for a specific truck and he helped me do a search and go get the one that I wanted He’s a hard worker and does a great job I wish it didn’t take so long to fill out paperwork at the dealership But I can’t say enough good things about Greg

On Wednesday afternoon I walked into Tom Wood’s dealership, service department, hoping to find a service advisor to assist me with my Mustang Mach E. It was a pleasure to meet Jami Phillippe who has been with Tom Wood for 13 years in several positions. She currently oversees the Mobile Service team. Jami is knowledgeable, professional, and put me at ease immediately. Once she explained Tom Woods Mobile service I was on board. I asked when can you schedule our recall service? With a big smile Jami said how about tomorrow. On Thursday Jami’s tech was asked to call my wife between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. He called as expected and came to our door promptly was given our keys to our Mustang Mach E and proceeded to our garage where he completed his job in a timely and professional manner. I let Jamie know what a blessing this was for me and my wife. Chris and I did not have to jump through the normal hopes associated with scheduling maintenance at a dealership. I did speak with two service advisors at another Ford Dealership and was disappointed with their process and lack of concern for me and my continued business. I recommend Tom Wood Ford because obviously they have an owner with a management team that has people in place, like Jamie Phillippe, that care, communicate, and get the job done, in a timely, professional manner.
