I have been a little bemused when I come into the dealership to have my car serviced. My family or myself have purchased 5 vehicles (3 of my own) since 2001, yet when I arrive I am asked if I purchased the car there. Also, with my last car, I had a dedicated service advisor. When I purchased my current car, my service advisor happens to be whoever is available. I am beginning to feel that I am not a valued customer.

2008 Liincoln repair

Service manager kept his word in a very difficult repair and the net result was a great repair. Special thanks to Josh who handled the whole service.

F150 Oil Change/Tire Rotation review

Good experience, however it took a solid hour to change my oil and rotate the tires, I know that they are busy, but seems like a long time for that... For that amount of time, I thought maybe the truck would be washed. I had an appointment and was on time.

Purchase of a Ford Edge Titanium

Overall I had a very good experience at Don Hinds Ford. I was provided with ready cars for test drives although two of them could have had more fuel in the tank to allow a more complete test. The Salesperson was very knowledgeable and was willing to listen to my wants before pushing any particular vehicle.
