Seeking a car, but service drove me away

I came in looking for a used car for my daughter as I have always been loyal to Ford. However, my own 2011 Explorer has had issues with Sync, and I'd previously called Don Hinds to inquire about it and received no call back. The sales person sent messages to service 3 times and still no one has bothered contacting me to check into this issue. Clearly, I cannot trust this dealer to follow up on any issues that might arise after purchase of another vehicle. Very disappointing. Fortunately there are multiple other dealerships to look for my daughter's car and my next new vehicle.

Very Helpful

I was looking online and I saw an Edge that really caught my eye. I looked further into the car and decided I really liked it. I called and asked them about it, made an appointment for the next evening and I drove home with it. I love my car! The staff their is extremely helpful and honest. I'd buy another vehicle from them. #customerforlife

Office Coordinator

Don Hines Ford dealership is an great place to car shop, the sales peoples and staff was so out going to make you visit very, very nice. And they give you coupons for car services and for restaurants.

Don Hinds Review

I usually take my car in for The Works (to do an overall xx of the car). Most of the time there are no problems but at this visit when I spoke with my Rep and he told me about the repairs that were needed I ask if my wiper blades could be changed. He told me no problem. The repairs were made & wiper blades are the same. I also have had my car home for a few weeks now and my brakes are beginning to get louder. I need to have them replaced. I'm concerned this wasn't told to me. I'm sure I'll go back but my Faith is lacking.

First class service

My 15-year-old Ford would not turn over. Couldn?t get it to start. The battery was fully charged. It was Saturday getting close to noon when I called Ron at Don Hinds Ford. He said if I could get the car in, they might have a chance to look at it that day. I had the car towed in, and Ron called me couple of hours later with the problem diagnosed as a starter. He didn?t have the part in stock, but said he could get it Monday. By Monday early afternoon, car was done and ready to go. It?s been running fine. The whole process was more than I expected. I couldn?t be more pleased. Ron was very courteous and professional.
