Friendly and fairly easy and short visit to purchase the Camry. There was a wide selection of vehicles to choose from in the very large lot. Also some new models inside the show room.

I waited over two hours, a was suspicious when the car was returned hot inside. So I popped the hood, and sure enough no service was performed. The service writer apologized and said the next two oil changes would be free. NO THANKS.

Yes i'm very pleased that they had the car done quickly and got me into a rental fully covered with no issues, very quick and efficient use of my time. Overall I am very happy with my visit, and my help from Valencia and the service crew.

I brought my car in for its 12-month ToyotaCare service on May 29, 2026, and received absolutely excellent customer service from Brittany at AutoNation Toyota Tempe. She was incredibly efficient, quickly pulling up my information on the computer and setting up the service within just a couple of minutes. She gave me an accurate estimate of the wait time and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. I am incredibly pleased with Brittany’s professionalism and great customer service, and I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Tempe! ​I also want to give a special thank you to service tech Omar Rojo Hernandez, who did a wonderful job. I rely on Toyota Safety Sense to keep me safe on the road, and I always worry about items accidentally being turned off during a service. When I got back into my car, Omar had left the information screen up, showing me exactly which safety features were activated. It was a huge relief not to have to go back into the settings to double-check everything. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and care for my safety. Thank you, Omar, for doing such a fantastic job!
