Great customer service
I went to big two Toyota about 2 weeks ago with the intention of getting a highlander. Unfortunately it didn't work out budget wise for me... But Kindra Wills was able to get me into a Venza that I fell in love with! She broke everything down for me, cause I don't understand all the car verbiage , was able to give me my payments and even better financing ! She went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked Out for me without breaking the bank! She checked in on me because she knew I was stressing out ( cause who doesn't stress over a major purchase?!!) She not only HELPED me and had the best attitude she also became a great friend. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and will continue to do so as long as Kindra is there to be of assistance! She even came to my birthday party to show off my new car! Thank you again Big Two Toyota & Kindra Wills!! You're amazing.

Excellency in customer service
With the help of Kindra, Leo & Reuben- I was able To get my kick xxx Venza a couple of weeks ago! I had high hopes for a highlander but my budget wasn't ready- Kindra introduced me to the Venza and I fell in love! Leo went through all the vehicle info with me took me on my test drive and made sure I ate and didn't pass out! Kindra rocked it with getting my payments and financing done! BEST deal I Ever received on a vehicle in my life! She had a great attitude so much so I now consider her a friend! She is just great especially when I was getting cranky and stressed! Reuben got the paper work completed quickly and timely for me and I promise there will be a 3rd purchase from This teAm!

Conflicted
We have always received excellent service when we have our car serviced. Even when they scratched our car door, they gave us a loaner while they had it painted. The waiting area is very welcoming and is one of the best I have used. We like Big Two so much, we considered them first in looking for a new vehicle. When I called and spoke with Kendra Wells in sales to ask some questions about a vehicle we were considering, sadly, I have to say our new car hunting experience was met with just plain rudeness. She is the first person we dealt with in the last 6 years who had this attitude. It is a shame that one person over the phone can ruin our first day of car hunting. If we do decide to visit Big Two, we will definitely make sure to never deal with her again.

Great, unexpected deal!
We received a pricing and financing deal that we never expected. The staff kept us informed all along the way, and we drove away in a sweet 2013 Camry!

The best experience I have ever had buying a car.
My salesman was Monty xxxx. We went through what I was looking for and He gave me all the info on the cars in question and test rides. As it turned out I got a car I didn't know I wanted. I have never been happier driving a car. The reason I was able to do this is because Monty "LISTENED" to me rather than just pushing a sale.

My purchase experience at Big2
It definitely was different than past experiences. The showroom was 1st class and everyone was helpful. I had a walk up sales rep but as it turned out, I couldn't have picked a better one myself. Monty xxxx basically "listened" to what I was interested in. We then went through some cars and test rides. I finally decided on the Camry. Wasn't prepared to buy so I had nothing with me, and besides I had my truck. So Monty drove the car and I drove my truck home and then we came back and they fed me while I waited to finish the paper work. What the heck else to you want!!
