We traveled from out of state to get my dream car, Charles Smith was our salesman and I can say that I’ve never before had such an amazing experience buying a car like I had with Charles and the dealership in general. Charles was very attentive without being pushy, he responded to every message and sent pictures and we struck a deal from a distance and he had everything ready for us. I loved it! 10/10 recommend

Charles Smith was excellent to work with.My wife and I had never experienced so much honesty and smooth sailing as we purchased our first Lincoln Nautilis at Bergeys lincoln. We drove about 1hr 30 minutes to reach the dealership and upon our arrival we received first class treatment. Charles is an awesome sales Rep. Today I had the pleasure of picking up my 2021 Lincoln
Today I had the pleasure of picking up my 2021 Lincoln Black Label Nautilus. And it’s pretty awesome! I was driving a Lexus and I just wasn’t happy with it and I kept seeing the Lincoln Nautilis and thinking that I just really like the look of it, and after having done some research, found that it was also highly rated, so came into Bergey’s and met with Mr. Charles Smith. In the past, I would consider meeting with a car salesman no different than meeting with my dentist. However, Charles made sure that our transaction was pleasant and expeditious. All in all, buying my Lincoln at Bergey’s was a very pleasant experience, and would recommend it to anyone. And if you go, definitely ask for Charles.

Pete did a great job delivering on what I asked for. Very accommodating to the mobile mechanic who inspected the car. Ben in finance came in with a rate better than my outside financing, and the paperwork was a breeze. Totally worth driving a fair distance to buy my car through Bergey’s, and they had a great inventory of cars to pick from. (2 Ford Mustang GT 350s on the lot!)

Buying experience
Very easy to talk to them they listen to you, communication is excellent, no rush, they want to make sure you?re always happy, overall is an amazing place to buy a car. And my salesman David Bingham was just on top of everything and Mede sure a was a happy customer. This is my second vehicle I purchase here!

A major lack in cultural sensitivity and cultural
A major lack in cultural sensitivity and cultural competence. They do not properly assessed incoming vehicles. They are not responsive to their errors once you purchase a vehicle. They fail to do the basics, such as say good morning and greet you with a smile when entering .. They have caused me thousands of dollars for repairs that did not fix my vehicle. When I addressed the “ SAFETY” concerns, A female manager called me and told me, “they can no longer service my vehicle since I am not satisfied”…. I was also bullied into dropping off the loaner after expressing safety concerns for me and my four children.

2020 Naultius CPO
I saw a 2020 Nautilus advertised in Cars.com with 2,400 mile's. Upon seeing the SUV you can tell it didn?t go through the 200 point check. As a car enthusiast I pointed out 4 things I would like done before agreeing to purchasing the vehicle. They agreed and promptly executed the work and met my delivery date. I love the SUV and everyone I show it to says the same. If you go to Bergey Lincoln you ask for Charles Smith. He a pleasure to deal with and his best interest is yours.
