Brown, Motta, and service mgr Megan all 5. I didn't like the selling process for Zurich extended warranties which I would rate a 2. Nice guy in finance but a very sleazy selling process. Do better! I may cancel the warranties I purchased as I feel like I paid way more than market value in a pressure selling process. It ruined an otherwise excellent selling experience.

My salesperson, Omar Haque, was fantastic. Excellent communication. Very responsive. I asked for a specific car seen online, and he had it brought to the front before I arrived. Excellent knowledge of the car, no pressure sales.
