I picked up my vehicle today and was surprised and frustrated that I was charged without being provided a written estimate or the multipoint inspection that I specifically requested. At the moment, I have no documentation explaining what work was performed or confirming the condition of my vehicle, which leaves me feeling uncertain about the service I paid for. I?m sure you can understand how concerning that is from a customer?s perspective. What I need from you is: ? A detailed written invoice showing exactly what work was performed ? The multipoint inspection report that should have been completed ? Clarification on why these were not provided at the time of pickup I?m not looking for conflict ? I simply want transparency and documentation for the service I paid for. Please let me know how we can resolve this promptly.

I would recommend our donation for a Margate. I went there to change the tire on my car and do a few things that my car need to be done and and aunt Maria took care of me is a nice and wonderful lady. I will recommend her too to take care of you this place is nice. They work with you and a very reasonable. I give them five star.

Jerome greeted me, as i walked up, took me direct to the type of truck i was looking for. was quick to go get the Keys to the Truck, we went for a Test Drive, was able to get me a good deal and in the long run i purchased a new truck. Very good experience and he continured to follow up with me on the purchase

Jose Figueroa was beyond my expectations.He gave me updates the quote was exact as the price he got me a ride there .Explained the work that was preformed.Jose gave me a date to expect when the work would be done,and it was .He is very polite to speak to.ln the future l will go back to Jose.Thank you for a great experience. No one likes repairing there car,he gave me a discount service had as a special,l didnt even need to ask it was already done .l really appreciate that. THANK YOU JOSE!!!!!

Michael, my service representative, was very cordial and helpful while handling my car repair. The service was quick and complete. I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership offered free transportation when I dropped the car off and again when I had to pick it up.
