Pleasant experience I was kept up to date during my wait, and staff (Matt) was very accommodating. Work was done well; as problem was corrected.

This is only my second visit to Thomas of Media. The first when I bought my Chev Sonic. This time was a service issue. The service dept. was very knowledgable, helpful and resolved my issue the first time the car was there. They even took the time to explain the problem to me in detail. So I can only send kudos to this service dept.

I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Matt was able to take me right in, upon my arrival. I also appreciated the car wash. With all the recent snow, it sure needed it.

Car needed service. Made quick convenient appointment. Work was done as promised. Staff is great! Coffee is hot! What more could I want?????

I came back to Thomas since 2 years ago I received the best price when I bought the first Malibu. That happened again this time. You were very friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. You also had a nice selection of cars to chose from.

Been dealing with them for years. Love the free shuttle service and the employees are always so friendly. This time of year the free car wash is another big perk that they offer. Highly Recommend.

Had a problem with throttle body sensor, called Matt Krackow late afternoon and he said to bring it by in the morning. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. Matt has been a great help in getting our vehicles serviced. Others in the office relay horror stories of waiting 2-3 days for something simple to get done at other dealerships. Matt and Thomas Chevrolet are awesome and I'll go back again as needed. They have a nice waiting area, free coffee and water, and a clean restroom. Since the renovations, the creature comfort factor is very high. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, but hats off to Matt for making himself available to us and getting things done!

No nonsense and great customer experience from the cleanliness to the speed of service. Would recommend hot water dispenser for tea in the waiting area and reevaluation of placement of cashier in service area.

Car wouldn't turn on Chevy had my car towed to Thomas Chevy and took care of the problem and got my oil change and collant goodntongo

The staff, Mr. Ray Martin and Ms. Amy Thomas whom I dealt with most, were courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Mr. Martin took the time to answer my questions which let me make a well informed decision.
