Great service provided

The service department went above and beyond with the care and service they supplied on our most recent visit to Thomas Chevrolet. We were contacted several times and kept informed as to the progress of the repair to the brake line in our '98 Cavalier. The estimate for service and parts was spot on and came in under the amount were were given. We couldn't be happier.

90 minutes or less !

Brought my car back for my inspection , oil change and tire rotation..in and out 90 minutes later.Everyone was very friendly...I will be back next time my car needs something...thanks guys for the great service.

Going the extra mile

Thank you for taking the extra time to stay and finish the repair on my Travers. I had a long drive ahead of me the next day and did not have to postpone my appointment. You service depart got me on the road and please thank the mechanic for staying late to finish. You guys rock!

Great service by a caring Chevrolet dealership.

After using their website to arrange an appointment to schedule an oil change, I received confirmation in less than 1 day. In addition to an oil change, it was discovered that I would need to replace the battery. The option of doing so was presented in a respectful manner and was taken care of in less than thirty minutes. Other not so imminent work was suggested and will be taken care of in the near future. A more pleasant experience couldn't have been possible. I always leave Thomas Chevrolet of Media knowing that my car is in perfect order and that I am considered to be a valuable customer.

Service, annual safety and emissions inspections.

Great lease deal and quality vehicle

Salesperson Matt Casey worked with us to get a deal that was very affordable and was a better quality vehicle (Cruz) than we were looking at for more money at a Ford dealer
