Happy Toyota Customer

This is my second time purchasing a car from Phil. I found him to be trustworthy, approachable, and patient. He answered all the questions I had, and I did not feel overly pressured from him, which cannot always be said about other car salesmen. I am very satisfied with my new car, Phil and Faulkner again.

Great faculties,friendly salespeople

The experience was easy & pleasant .the salesmen were great. I love my new toyota. Salesmen stewart saul was great. Managers steve & brian were awesome. Financing by tim & dawn were great.

Great salesman

My experience was very good. I did not feel any type of pressure from our salesman, Marc Handelsman. The finance department was very helpful too.

Efficient, focus on buyer wishes.

Marc was the only sales person that specifically asked what I wanted in a new car, all the other dealers I went to ( over 5 different dealers ) presented me with what they had on the lot for lease or buy. Marc and company found the car I wanted ( within budget ) within 3 days. Also the amount of time spent at Faulkner was less than other dealers. Very good experience.

Pleasant experience.

It was about as painless an experience as you could ask for. There was no pressure, there were no underhanded tactics. They didn't try to see me anything that I didn't want or need. They even stayed late on the 4th of July to complete the sale. The car is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. This is at least the 4th vehicle I've purchased from this dealer and would never go anywhere else.
