I highly recommend this facility for auto maintenance and repair. They have friendly, down to Earth staff, who have always been honest and helpful. I have never felt ripped-off or felt that I have overpaid. In fact, I’ve often felt pleasantly surprised with their honesty, which is a rare event in the grande scheme of auto- repair/ maintenance. The quality of service has always been wonderful, and have been the recipient of minor repairs they did not charge me for during basic maintenance. If you are looking for an honest, quality repair/maintenance facility-I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota.

Entire experience was great - the service appointment took 45 minutes, and I comfortably worked in the waiting room the entire time. Staff was super friendly!

Very good body work, but I wasn’t too happy with my vehicle repair completion date being moved up 3 times, I was told it would be ready by Thursday and it wasn’t ready until Tuesday of the next week. Additionally there was 0 communication about the dates being changed, I had to call them in the due dates to find out if the repair was complete. Overall I am satisfied because the work was really good, they just need to improve their communications with their customers.

We have been with Faulkner before it became Faulkner.....almost 40 years. Greg has been our advisor and "make it happen" person. As always, we have always felt well and honestly treated as we purchased and kept repaired our last 5 cars. Thank you to all, especially Greg and his team, for unbeatable and honest service. We purchased our first Toyota Camry from Michael Steinberg, almost 6 years ago, with easy and total comfort from the agency, and with Mike, in particular. He is totally knowledgeable about ALL the autos, and was not pushy, just friendly, warm, funny and concerned about us as purchasers and as human beings. This past Monday, we purchased our 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. He helped us with all phases of our concerns and was totally up on all points of the car. We were not in the agency for a long time, as was conscious of our time and made the purchase very smooth. We actually went back to this dealership because of Mike. I would highly recommend to him and this agency to anyone. A real joy and pleasure!!!

James fitzgerald is a great sales man to work with.I had a great experience with him he is a very nice loyal helpful man and did help me get my new suv that i wanted and work with me with the price i could afford. Any questions i have he always got back to me and was very helpful. I was so pleased with him that i did recommend him to my aunt also when she was looking to buy her new toyota.I was so pleased with my experience at faulkner toyota even time wise with all the paperwork and how everyone explained everything was great and handled and a fast timely matter

Went in with a problem in my wife van door,Jhoam got me in the service department the best trip ever the way she’s plain the problem n the information on my van was on point... three weeks with a loaded car and i receive a call once every few days to let me know what was happening...... the best..... be in others dealer before nothing compared with this service.....

I am pleased with Faulkner Toyota service. My experience is very good from the first contact three years ago. This place is the great for deals. Dealer Phil Gersh is a great proffy , very friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to make sure I left in the car I prefer. This is my second experience of dealing with him, and I do not regret. The next car purchase would with him too for sure.
