No one is happy to have to take their car in for repair

No one is happy to have to take their car in for repair after a collision.......but what an exceptional experience this was for me! From the start, your Service Manager, Chris Ritaldato made the experience easy. He got my car in right away, arranged to have a rental car waiting for me, and returned my car to me looking better than it has in years. In addition to repairing the damaged fender, Chris and his team repaired all the nicks and scratches, polished my headlights and vacuumed the inside of my car. In this day and age when many don't take pride in the quality of their work, Chris and team stand out. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and O'Neil Nissan to anyone in need.Congratulations on a job well done!!

I'd like to compliment Service Manager Chris Ritaldato for exemplary service. My moonroof exploded from the extreme cold. The experience was very unusual but the way these guys handled it, put me completely at ease. Thank you for treating the customer in the right manner every time.

I purchased a certified used vehicle from O'Neil Nissan

I purchased a certified used vehicle from O'Neil Nissan in 2019. During the winter of 2024 the paint began to peel off of my vehicle. I visited the Service Department in March 2025 and the Service Manager, Chris Ritaldato, said that there is nothing that they can do to repair the peeling paint. This dealership is selling trash cars! I've had vehicles for over 10 years and the paint never peeled. Clearly, the certified cars at O'Neil Nissan are certified lies.

Been dealing with O'Neil Nissan and Ed Ritchie for many years now. Purchased a new Rogue from Ed. As in prior purchases everyone at the dealership goes above and beyond to make purchasing a vehicle as pleasurable as it can be.
