Haley Lyons made this the best car purchase experience

Haley Lyons made this the best car purchase experience I've had in 40 years. Knowledgeable, responsive, professional, transparent, willing to work with you with no hidden fees. She is valued added. Ryan in Finance was also professional, helpful and transparent. The price was the agreed upon price at signing. He tailored it all to my needs and explained warranty options. No pressure by him or Haley. Highly recommend Haley and Ryan. Haley listened to me and worked with me to get my car well before I arrived at the dealership. Haley was exceptional. They both made this an enjoyable car buying experience.

If I could actually select a zero, I would.

If I could actually select a zero, I would. We brought my car in for service. They told us we had to replace a part and they’ve held my car for six months and they just keep telling us the part has not arrived. They only offered us a rental for four days. I’ve spent thousands in rental fees, they never communicate or call with an update. No one‘s ever available for any information. They’re the absolute worst dealership in the state of Pennsylvania. Do not buy a car from this place or take your car here for service. Fred Beans is a horrible brand and I will never buy a car from them again

VERY UNETHICAL!

VERY UNETHICAL! BEWARE! Was confirmed with a deal multiple times by various employees. Was given a breakdown of deal ahead of time as well. When I showed up they played dumb and asked me how I got these numbers even though it is on Fred Beans letterhead! They played games and made me drive an hour each way. It is clear to me this was the plan all along. AVOID WITH A 50FT POLE!!!!

Worst dealership!!!

have always thought that FRED BEANS was hard to deal with after Mike in the service department left. But for the last few months, since August to be exact, FRED BEANS of Doylestown has had my car. The issue lies within the warranty company ultimately, but FRED BEANS of Doylestown has done nothing to accommodate or help me in the situation. They take a week on end to respond to the warranty company which delays my answers. They also removed my motor without letting me know how much it was going to cost, claiming that it was going to be covered under warranty. When it wasn’t covered, they came up with a number of $2500 to put the motor back in my vehicle. Nowhere was this documented (or signed for) and now I am responsible for it. I will have to get a lawyer and the BBB involved. Unfortunately for FRED BEANS, I am in need of a new car and will never again purchase a vehicle here again. I have made sure I told everybody that I know the service that I have received from FRED BEANS. Bob McGrath and Jeff Reeb have not been accommodating or helpful. They have an “I don’t care” attitude. Because I’m a girl, they think that they can talk to me and belittle my knowledge of vehicles. It’s a disgrace. I would think a big corporation like FRED BEANS would try to accommodate better in hopes of promoting additional sales. But I guess they have other agendas.

WORST GENERAL MANAGER

O NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE. We purchased at Certified truck in March and have had continuous problems. First our alignment was off and then we were told by their mechanics that we needed rear and front rotors replaced. After taking it in the shop 5 days after we purchased it, Only the rear rotors were replaced. The brakes are still squealing. I spoke with the Manager- Jeff- and he told me there is nothing he can do for me and that I should ask the sales person who we purchased the truck from to pay for the repairs. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and rude. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. If you are selling a car certified- how does it already need new front and rear rotors after driving it off the lot? The general manager, Jeff, was rude and ignorant and was yelling at me on the phone. I feel since I am a woman-he had no respect for me and could care less what I had to say. It is a shame there are men still like this in this world. When I asked to speak with his boss he told me good luck and I wont ever speak to him. I am flabbergasted on how this business treats there customer and will NEVER purchase a car from them. Beware of this dealership and their manager Jeff. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Ordered! Delivered! Enjoy! Shaker!!

They had the type of car on their lot I could drive, similar to the one I wanted to order. I had the car configured prior to arriving at Fred Beans. They ordered the vehicle, I gave a deposit. They were fair with my trade-in and removed certain charges I though we’re not necessary and they honored a Dodge cash bonus over and above the rebate. Their selling price bellow sticker price or discount was fair. This was the first car I ever bought from them. Two other dealers in the area did not have a vehicle to test drive. So I feel I good a food deal.

Service beyond our expectations

We took our Jeep Challenger Latitude to install a Jeep trailer hitch. The service took a little longer to complete, but the Customer Service was professional with knowledge. Another five star service on our Jeep. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of our association with Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealership.

Very difficult to get a straight answer

The salesperson did not know enough about the used car she was showing us. The manager did little to get to know our needs. And we got a different answer with everyone we spoke to about the availability of the 2 used cars that were advertised that we looked at. One hand did not speak to the other. After a weekend of the team not giving us a straight answer, we purchased elsewhere.

Moved to PA from NY. I owe two Jeeps. Brought both Jeeps to be serviced. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When I’m ready for a new Jeep I will be buying from them.
