Came in with a worrisome maintenance problem on a very old (but spacious and comfortable) Lexus after a journey of several hundred miles. The service people took a look right away and eased my mind. Kind, honest and not greedy when I was in a vulnerable situation. Highly recommend these decent people

I placed an order for the new Toyota Sequoia with Cliff over the phone. While I am 2 hours away from the dealership, Cliff was professional and respectful in taking my downpayment and keeping in touch with me while I waited for my turn to purchase the vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, Cliff was transparent with the out-the-door price, did not pressure me into unnecessary options, and on the day of the pick-up did not surprise me with additional options. The time I spent at the dealership for paperwork and car setup was significantly less than the average time one spends at a dealership. During the visit I had a chance to meet Mr. Krause Senior, the father of the current owner and made sure to thank him for the great purchase experience. Overall, I am super satisfied with Cliff and Krause Toyota and will be recommending it to my friends.
