Fantastic experience -the buying and trade-in process was very smooth and easy! Rob Ehrig found the perfect vehicle for me (GMC Terrain AWD), and I love it. He explained all the functions and features completely and helped set everything up (phone pairing, On-Star, etc.). Purchased 2025 GMC SIERRA 3500 in June 2025. Purchased 2026 GMC Terrain evolution in Nov 2025. My daughter purchased 2026 GMC ACADIA AT4, the same day in Nov 2025 that we purchased our Terrain. Spent a few hours working a deal on a new GMC truck for my fiance', and she actually signed a purchase agreement which included a 1,000 dollar deposit. She returned the very next day to inform the salesman that she did not feel comfortable with the payment, and decided to not go through with the purchase. It was stated that her deposit was non-refundable, so the dealership is admittedly well within its right to keep her deposit. I just feel it is a bad business practice. In her case, Star incurred no real hardship or expense. She returned the very next afternoon. This will definitely keep her, myself, and immediate family members from even considering Star GMC in the future.

Hands down the best experience that I ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman was very tentative to all my needs.
