I purchased my 2021 Chevy Bolt 100% EV from this dealer. My car has been great! Recently I took it in for service because of an electrical issue, which turned out to be minor. What should have been a 3- to 4-day repair became 2.5 weeks and they didn't follow through with offering me a courtesy vehicle like they said they would when one became ready. In 50 degree or more weather, for three straight years since I've had the car, each and every day my range is 250 miles, give or take 5. The EV technicians for over a week could not figure out what was wrong with my car. They decided to remove the big EV battery to test it (I cannot understand why they felt the need to do this, but I am not a technician). Turned out my EV battery was just fine. The day I picked up my car, after 2.5 weeks (!), I went home and charged it. It was 60 degrees, normal weather. When my car was fully charged my range read 190. And in normal weather is now 190. So something they did degraded my EV battery so that is now the battery has lost, in normal weather, SIXTY miles of range, which is a HUGE loss. I have no idea who messed or or what mistake was made, but it is NOT a coincidence that my range dropped from 250 to 190 after being serviced at Faulkner. I wrote a letter to the service manager about the issue. He did NOT follow up. Do NOT take an EV car to these people for service! A gas car, maybe, but this was the very worst car service I've ever had in my 55 years of life and from the place where I purchased the car. Faulkner: will you please make this right? I deserve far, far better. I think someone messed up and won't come forward. A battery doesn't go from 250 to 190 in a matter of 2.5 weeks in the shop. I am considering suing them if they do not make this right. Jon

Andrew went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the buying experience. NO pressure and he answered all my questions. NO dealership gimmicks. Off-lease vehicle was spot-less and I could not be more satisfied.

From beginning to end, it was a fabulous experience at Faulkner Chevy Lancaster!! Angie greeted us in the parking lot, listened to what I was looking for and went and pulled up a truck for me to drive. I was in love with the truck before I ever left the parking lot!! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you Angie, I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. And a big thank you to Mario as well, who made the paperwork a super easy process!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go see Angie at Faulkner Chevy Lancaster!!

This is a shady dealership with shady practices! I had a pending car sale with them, they were running my credit and giving me payment options thru text message because of covid-19. I had agreed to purchase this car, give them a trade in, and because my sale was not completed they went ahead and sold it to someone else who decided to put down a cash deposit. I was never told I had to put a deposit down and when they are giving you finance information I thought it was a done deal.

When we found the perfect truck for our family during this crazy pandemic, we were a little worried about how to proceed. Faulkner Chevrolet was very helpful and quick with handling everything. They provided us with extra information when we requested it and worked to get our financing right where we wanted it. We would gladly shop their again for our future car needs.

Andrew did all he could to get us the price we wanted to meet. He was not overly pushy. Has a great personality and very understanding. I would recommend him to any family or friend.
