Write a reviewIm a 63 years young and went to buy a used truck from them 3 days ago there was a problem with passager seat it was against the dash board they were asking 40k i drove truck and loved it asked to have seat fixed and a few other things and they just wanted to fight me even before the sale how many others including this one are takeing advantage of the consumer been a life long person from lancaster county and im sick n tired of the way dealers take andvtage of people so i left without the truck i always wanted this dealer has gone down hill for a long time when is this crap gonna stop these folks are selling products as new prices auto sales dont seem to understand that used autos are just that but everyone charges as if new they told me to leave and i did so then 2 hours later i recived a call say never come back stay away by all means this dealer is a crook please find somewhere else to buy an auto

Worst experience of my life. Drove an hour and a half and Jason didn't seem like he even wanted to sell us a car. He was rude from the moment we arrived. Didn't even offer me to take a seat while we waited for my daughter. Every question I asked had a combative response. When I asked him about it he argued back and forth with me til he had me yelling in the show room. I left and a manager followed me out and was kind of dismissive and didn't even look me in the eye. Horrid experience after driving all that way for my daughter's 1st new car. Stead clear!

We purchased a 2025 CR-V at Jones Honda, and our salesman was Wendell Jones.Wendell was very helpful with showing us and taking us for a test drive,and answering all our questions. I felt that the sale manager Brian gave us a fair price for our trade in and worked with us on making our decision on our purchase. I also need to mention the business manager, Jared Price who took care of all the paper work, and answers all your questions. I must say he does an excellent job making his job look effortless. Before we left the dealership Wendell went over the car and preset our cell phones to the car.All of these gentlemen contribute to us buying from Jones Honda.

Dishonest. Sales person lied and dealer charges far above PA law allowed fees, and will not provide line item prices without a deposit Would give negative rating if that existed.

We had an EXCELLENT used car buying experience at Jones Honda working with Carlos Martinez there with the sales team. He was polite, very helpful and just a fun person to work with. I have gone a few dealerships in looking for a car these past 4 months and Jones Honda Used car was just GREAT to deal with. From the test drive to the car buying paperwork, it was a pleasure. I feel I got a great deal on a used car and will be back should I be in the market again as well as recommend him to anyone that askes. Both he and Braly Del Rosario (we dealt with both guys during my used car search) were AWESOME!

I've had wonderful service from the Jones Honda Service department until I brought my 2019 Civic in for a fuel pump recall and oil change on 7/27/20. Not only did they not perform the fuel pump replacement properly (the car was delivered leaking fuel, with the fuel gauge non-functional and tire pressure problems), but when I returned to have them fix the issue, they (a) damaged my front wheel and (b) ended up needing to keep my car from Friday morning until the following Monday morning to fix all of my issues. Their Service Director, Joe K. refused to take responsibility for the wheel damage even though the service manager for my car said that they would split the cost of repair. I tried to communicate to both President of Operations Don S. and General Manager Kris J. on several occasions to work out a fair solution, but received no response or even an acknowledgement. I am now forced to file a civil complaint to recover the cost of the wheel damage. If you bring your auto in for service, I highly recommend taking a timestamped video walk around of your car before turning your keys over to the service rep and again when you pick up your auto after service. I feel bad giving this poor of a rating because the Service Manager who typically handles my car (Luis) is fantastic (a big reason why we just purchased a 2020 Civic Sport from this dealer), but I am extremely disappointed with the Jones Honda service management's total lack of responsiveness, their inability to take responsibility for my car while it was under their care, and the general disregard for the customer that was displayed throughout this experience. For this I give them a well-deserved zero stars (although I need to choose 1 to post).

Great dealership to deal with! Salesman’s know the vehicles and are great at answering questions. Staff is friendly and helpful. They worked with us to get us the monthly payments that we wanted, they made extra phone calls for us. They got us exactly what we wanted. The process of buying a car was extremely easy, they had it all very orderly. Tom Kelley from the used car dealership was phenomenal to work with. Was not overly pushy, but was helpful. Have lots of options of used and new vehicles. They won’t disappoint you, go see them!

An amazing experience with this dealership. My salesman Kirk was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle that i was interested in. That aspect is rare these days. I was at another dealership where the salesman had to continuously refer to another source to get answers, but not Kirk. He was patient and answered all of my questions immediately. He also got me the price i wanted for my trade. An expert looked at the truck when i brought it home, this was my neighbor who is a professional body shop guy who was shocked at the cleanliness of the truck. He sees used vehicles every day from dealerships and said that this is very rare. Once the deal was done Kirk had the behemoth size gas tank filled before i left. Also they put on 4 new tires. A day later i received a phone call from a manager who said they forgot 1 piece of paper that i NEEDED to sign. This dealership is an hour away from me, so basically this was a huge hassle for me. So i drove back to sign the form and once signed Kirk had one of their employees take my truck to a gas station and topped it off. How way cool is that. My overall satisfaction with Kirk and this dealership is very impressive. The only complaint i have with them is that one of the options that did not come with this truck is to not make any payments. Apparently that option does not exist. Who knew.
