I purchased a 2014 jeep patriot from Hanover Toyota-Lots for Less. It was a very pleasant experience. The moment I inquired about a new car, I was treated with respect and everyone at the facility was very nice. I met with Brandon Null who helped me with my purchase. We rest drove the vehicle and then started the process. He was very understanding of any issues. After we submitted the paperwork, and were awaiting a financial decision, other employees helped preoccupy my son. They were playing around with him and it just made the waiting process much more tolerable. When I was approved and had to do the signing of the paperwork, Brandon even helped "babysit" my son while I was in the office. They even let me drive the jeep home that night even though my fiance still needed to sign his part. It was an amazing time and I am so happy I was able to purchase a jeep, a vehicle I thought I'd never qualify for but Brandon, and the team at lots for less made that possible. I am forever grateful.

Jen Miller was excellent to me..She held my hand through the whole process...I am not a big change person and my last Rav4 was 10 years ago....I loved that as well....She is the reason I bought my car through this dealer.

Great sales staff. Was looking for very specific items including awd and good gas milage. The car they come up with matched and exceeded what we were looking for. Plus we were able to work out a very good deal with a monthly payment well within our budget. The only hold up was the wait for signing the finale paperwork. This is the second vehicle we purchased from them, probably not the last.
