They offered Uber service during previous visits, so I expected the same support on my last two visits, but nothing was provided. I only needed a one-time Uber ride, otherwise I could?ve come on my own. Even a loaner vehicle would have helped since the wait time was over an hour. I work just 6 minutes away and politely asked for either an Uber or a loaner, but both were denied. It?s disappointing because small gestures like a $10 Uber ride can really make customers feel valued and appreciated. Good customer service is often about convenience and willingness to help, and this experience honestly felt lacking compared to my earlier visits.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming! Madison explained the vehicle and all the extras thoroughly! The sales department guy couldn't replace my fob, no fault of his own but he took time to explain other options!👍👍

I called in inquiring about getting my headlight bulb replaced. The employee said that I could just bring it in and they would put the vulb in for me since I bought the bulb there. I took my car in two days later and requestedfoe them to just change my headlight bulb. It took them over an hour for my car to be serviced because they did a multi point inspection and it cost me $98 for them to change the light bulb that only cost $48. I will not be going back to this dealership in the future.
