I had a great experience at Bull Valley Ford thanks to Cesar Ortiz. From start to finish, Cesar was incredibly nice and went out of his way to find exactly the Bronco I wanted. He was honest, polite, and straightforward throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free and enjoyable. The financing process was smooth, and I never felt pressured at any time. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend both Bull Valley Ford and Cesar Ortiz to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!! I've never written a review on a dealership before but buying a car here was a genuinely great experience I felt I needed to. Paul, the sales manager, was honest, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish—no pressure, no games, no surprises. They were very fair throughout the process. I understand dealerships are in business to make money but they were very fair unlike the other Ford dealers I went to. I highly recommend Bull Valley Ford, I will be a repeat buyer for sure!

Agreed to meet at 10 AM to take a used car for a test drive and pre-purchase inspection. At 9:58 they tell me they sold the car to someone else even after I explained to them that I would be driving an hour to the dealership. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

My search for a used truck started with 3 dealers . Mo was my salesperson at Bull Valley Ford, he explained everything and was pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend shopping with Bull Valley Ford and ask for Mo for a smooth experience. Bob R

Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service!

Janel and Dave very helpful. I wanted a jeep. I saw one online so wanted to check it out it was missing a few things I really wanted. Janel went Dave and talking Dave said there was one that just came in the night before. I took it on a test drive yes that was the one. Went back in Dave was doing magic with numbers found the one so I bought my jeep. Only have great things to say. I would definitely tell my friends to come her. This has been the most comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Janel and Dave

Not so positive of experience. Tora I talked to online about a vehicle said a vehicle was “ leveled”when asked, which was in fact false. When I called after driving 5 hrs back and fourth and taking the vehicle home, Dave would not help me. Said we won’t be able to agree on what what said and was a typical car salesman attitude when challenged with I didn’t feel this was ethical. Mo, the sales guy complete unorganized mess, couldn’t find the spare tires owed to us and they had to drive them 2.5 hrs one way a few days later. Vehicle is solid, but the sales and experience after the sale has been poor. I would be careful.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit and follow-on discussions regarding the potential purchase of a used 2022 Ford F150. Janel was very knowledgeable and helpful as was Dave Demma, the used car Sales Manager. We were not able to come to an agreement but we all parted as friends. We will definitely come back when we need a new vehicle.

Absolutely terrible. They will say anything get you in the door, then insult you with a ridiculously low car trade in value. I told them what KBB offered me, I was told "KBB does not write checks!" What? Talk about a way to ensure a loss of business!

Very excellent Escape 2020! Mike was wonderful with his courteous customer service. This is a store I would like to use again.
