Everyone was overall friendly but the sales manager was a bit condescending when talking to my sister to the point I was reconsidering making the purchase.

My warranty work on my Mach E was done with their usual professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. That would certainly have been a repair out of their pocket. Please try not to send out a porter that is he]ard of hearing.

Very friendly. Our salesman was nice but still learning the ropes. I absolutely loved dealing with Nick in financing!!! He is very knowledgeable, very patient and funny. I did have some little things come and Nick was very help so was the manager in the service department.
