Great service by Lia Honda of Williamsville.

Great service by Lia Honda of Williamsville. I was assisted by Laurie Bruner who was courteous and knowledgeable. She kept me informed and updated as to what was happening with my vehicle a 2021 Honda Passport.

Had a quick trip in to have a low tire pressure

Had a quick trip in to have a low tire pressure indication checked out. My service writer, Laurie Bruner, got me in quick, they determined it was a bad valve stem, got it fixed and on my way quickly.

The experience was great from start to finish!

The experience was great from start to finish! Andy Woiccak was very helpful. He laid out various options for me very clearly and he gave me time to think them through. There was no high pressure . And I know there were others involved behind the scenes involved in financing and all the other things that supported the deal. Don’t know their names but it all went off without a hitch. Finally, Andy was able to arrange for delivery of the vehicle to me in advance of the promised delivery date and he did it over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

My service specialist Lourie Bruner is fantastic!

My service specialist Lourie Bruner is fantastic! She helped me get a last minute appointment for my son’s HRV to get his inspection and oil change taken care of while he came home for Thanksgiving break. She is always so helpful and we always have her take care of our three cars we purchased from Lia Honda.
